The Book at Bedtime

I have another picture book in the pipeline – a new collaboration with Peter Utton, following on from our very successful Shhh!, Keep Out!, Help! and It’s the Troll!, though in no way related. This takes our work in a totally different direction and is a book within a book, the book within being called Goodnight Dragons. It’s a big project and has taken a lot of working out, but Peter is now beavering away on the illustrations – one rough pic attached, to give you an idea. We’re hoping it will be published next autumn, and there will definitely be a Franco/Belgian edition. We think it’s going to be a lot of fun, especially at bedtime.
