New End Primary School

I’m very much looking forward to visiting New End Primary School on March 1st. The whole school – from nursery to year 6 – has been focusing on Shhh!, which celebrated its 30th year in publication last year. As well as reading the book, though there will be no surprise when the giant appears, I shall be talking a lot about how illustrator Peter Utton and I put it together, as well, of course, my other books. It will be good to work with children face to face again after a very long absence.
