It was a real challenge to write this collection of parables and stories from both the Old and New Testaments, from the Creation through to Easter. I hope I’ve managed to capture the essence of each story in my retellings for the very young. I’ve adopted an easy, lyrical voice to make them ideal for reading aloud or alone. Jan Barger’s simply coloured illustrations certainly complement them perfectly.
